Friendly, clean and local. I live in West Milton and this place is excellent for being a small town. The gym has 4 treadmills, 2 row machines, a couple bikes, 2 elliptical. All the machines are plate loaded except for a handful of changeable resistance ones. If you live nearby and drive into tipp or troy to exercise, you are a dang fool:)

They said it couldn't be done. For years I heard "A gym will never make it in West Milton " Well they were wrong. The Hoover brothers have proved all the nay sayers wrong. They have developed a first rate fitness facility with first rate equipment right here in small town USA. One no longer has to drive 15-20 miles to train with top rate trainers and equipment. It's right here in our own back yard now!
